- Lola was an amazing host. Such a fun and unique way to enjoy all that Versailles has to offer. Wonderful commentary, the best views, a peek into some hidden gardens, a quick stop at a french market and a picnic spot with a 5 star backdrop! Hard to pick a favorite moment!read moreread lessArob8265/17/2023I learned a lot about the history of the chateau de versailles! Our guide was a great storyteller and definitely knew what he was talking about. The market and the picnic in the park was my favorite part though since this felt like what French locals would do on a nice summer weekend 🙂 not to mention, the produce at the market was to die for!read moreread lessSoyeon5/03/2022I can’t say enough good things about this tour. Versailles is huge so being able to have a personalized guided tour of the chateau and gardens and then biking around more of it was just delightful. Even though it rained more than a bit during the tour, the capes and scarves they provided made it much more comfortable. I was a little concerned about being able to keep up biking with the group, but I only got extra tired toward the end of this long and fascinating day. The market stop was special and we were able to select an amazing lunch. Clara’s tour of Versailles had just the right amount of detail and was a super informative and entertaining. - Our day trip to Versailles was absolutely amazing! I wouldn’t have done it any other way. They took all the guess work out of our trip to Versailles and accommodated us every step of the way. Highly recommend booking this experience.read moreread lessMary4/17/2022We had an amazing time with Niki tonight! She was incredibly lovely and had so much to tell about Paris and its history, and she made us feel welcome from the start. The group was also really nice and Niki made sure we had the opportunity to get to know each other. The tour itself was very well thought through, covered great spots, and the timing for each location was on point (e.g. for sunset.) We never felt rushed or anything though, and it’s easy to keep up, even if you’re already a bit exhausted after a long day walking around the city. Contrary to what we expected (or feared), traffic was also no problem, as we stayed on bike lanes most of the time.
Overall, it was an incredible experience and surely our highlight on this trip, so it was definitely worth the money. We can fully recommend this tour, and look forward to doing the Versailles tour as well next time we come to Paris.read moreread lessLinda4/09/2022Great all-inclusive day trip to Versailles from Paris for comfortable bike riders (you ride in busy streets and the guides ride quickly).
